Hot dog spaghetti is one step ahead of spaghetti with hot dog because you don’t just serve spaghetti with hot dogs; you serve it in hot dogs. This is a super fun recipe that kids would love and adults will also enjoy. Our Hot Dog Spaghetti and Sauce recipe is quite easy and quick to make.

For Spaghetti

  • 1 Pack of Spaghetti
  • 5 Hot Dogs

For Sauce

  • 8 Large Plum Tomatoes
  • 2 Seasoning Cubes
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion
  • 2-3 Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 3-4 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • Curry and Thyme
  • Ginger/Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Nosak Famili Vegetable Oil
  1. Wash and blend the tomatoes and peppers and cook over medium heat till water dries up.
  2. Pre-heat the vegetable oil, add chopped onions and allow to sauté. Then add the tomato puree, seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, ginger/garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Allow to cook for about 15minutes and set aside.
  3. Dice the hotdogs into small cubes and set aside. Thread about 4-6 spaghetti strands through each piece of hotdog.
  4. Bring pot of water to a boil over high heat; add salt and the threaded spaghetti. Allow to cook until pasta is al dente, about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
